The curriculum of the International Double Degree in Business Administration and International Tourism Management aims to train managers for the business world. Thus, from the first year you will be able to see that, along with subjects typical of business administration and management training, there are other subjects that provide certain specific multidisciplinary knowledge from other branches of the social sciences that are of practical application for these executives. In addition, you will continue to advance in the knowledge of English and you will have the exclusive training provided by our center with the financial software Excel. In the summer months, we invite you to spend some time getting started with real internships in companies, the best CV is prepared in time.

SECOND YEAR

In this course you will begin the study of subjects related to the management of tourism companies and activities (Management of Tourism Companies, Marketing, Law,…), and you will continue with English. You will also learn the importance of natural resources and cultural heritage for the tourism sector. You can also begin to do part of your academic training in one of the more than 70 Erasmus destinations throughout Europe. More than 300 companies are waiting for you to continue with your internship, and we recommend you to think about a destination outside Spain, broaden your horizons.

THIRD YEAR

This is the course in which you will continue to expand your training in more specific sectors of business activities (Human Resources, Operations and Processes, Management Systems…). Iriarte has made an important commitment to incorporate cutting-edge training on the sector’s own computer systems (Amadeus). Most of the students dedicate at least one term to an Erasmus stay. It is advisable that you are encouraged to obtain language certifications, for which Iriarte offers specific training.

FOURTH YEAR

Iriarte offers the possibility of homologating some electives with the courses of Events, Protocol and Public Relations of the tourism sector taught by professionals and experts in the field. You will also have included courses in digital management and financial management (SAP) and the pricing and sales software Revenue Management. The second four-month period is dedicated to specific subjects in Business Administration and Management. Depending on the chosen itinerary, you can also choose to do your final thesis and expand your internship catalog, which you can extend during some of the summer months. Our ultimate goal is that you leave Iriarte with a double official degree and a solid education, but also with extensive and varied internship experiences, stays in foreign universities, certified languages and specific complementary training that is highly valued by companies. We want graduates who make a difference.

FIFTH YEAR

This last course, of only one term, will be entirely focused on business management subjects with an international profile: International Trade, International Negotiations, Customer Management, etc. Also during this first and last four-month period it will be necessary to complete the Final Degree Project specific to the area of Business Administration and Management in order to obtain and complete the International Double Degree. From the end of January, at the end of the last exams and assignments, the fifth and last professional internships can be carried out, adding up to a total of 15/18 months of real experience in companies from the first year.
