Expert in leadership and coordination of projects working with local and international multidisciplinary teams in companies in the food & beverage sector, leaders in their sector worldwide.

She led Innovation in Compañía Cervecera de Canarias, from the ideation of ideas to the launching of products, during the period in which Innovation had a strategic role, achieving an impact on the business with long term results, always working hand in hand with the factory and commercial teams.

Throughout her professional career she has witnessed important cultural changes in the organization that she has successfully implemented through the design, execution and monitoring of management tools based on the definition of policies and standardization of processes.

Internal trainer of commercial and factory teams in the areas in which she has worked, certified trainer of Insights, a tool for self-knowledge and effective communication, in which she has been a facilitator for more than 100 people.

Professional Experience

• Versatile profile with 360º vision of the business, both local and international. Passionate about Marketing and Human Resources, she began her career in HR, opening the first Manpower office in Tenerife, then moving on to the world of Marketing at Blandy Toyota and later at Compañía Cervecera de Canarias, which at that time belonged to SabMiller, the second largest brewery group in the world. There, she started in Brand Marketing, as Product Manager for international brands, then moved to Trade Marketing for the food channel.

• Subsequently, he assumed the leadership of Innovation & Value Engineering in the company, managing projects with multidisciplinary teams, both local and international.

• In 2008, being the company already part of AbInBeV, he had the opportunity to make a disruptive change in his career by assuming the role of People Business Partner, being responsible for HR for the Canary Islands factories and processes such as Structure Design, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Work Environment, Turnover, Talent Management.

• After three years, she went on to assume the same position for the commercial team and currently works for the CEOE as Head of a leadership skills training project for talented women with the help of ESADE.
