Her training in the field of education as a teacher and psychopedagogue has allowed her to develop her professional work in different educational fields. She began her career as a teacher of compulsory education and tutor of the studies of Psychopedagogy at the Universidad Oberta de Cataluña. In the last decade, she has been teaching in the area of protocol.

 

Lucía Suárez has an international Master’s degree in e-learning from the UOC, specializing in Teaching Processes, having worked as a tutor in Documentation and Psychopedagogy. She has also designed and taught online training courses for the Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias.

 

Her training is completed with the International Master in Management and Organization of Events, Protocol, Ceremonial and Institutional Relations, by the International School of Protocol and the Degree in Protocol and Organization of Events, by the University Camilo José Cela.

 

As a staff member of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, her professional career is developed in the protocol department of the Presidency of the Government, where she performs functions as assistant to the head of protocol.

 

As an expert in protocol, she has been a teacher of the protocol courses of the Canarian Academy of Security addressed to the students of the Local Police. As well as different modules in the middle and higher cycles of Vocational Training and Adult Education.
