Bruno Pereira Correa, a tourism professional born in Rio de Janeiro, says that, after working for the past 46 years in five different countries in the service sector, there is nothing more complex and at the same time as rewarding as managing people.
After graduating from New York University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, he returned to his native Brazil to “eat the world”. This would soon translate into a valuable lesson in humility. Enough to propel him into the wonderful world of travel. From there, new and challenging possibilities opened up for him in travel agencies, tour operators and finally, for the last 25 years, in the management of holiday hotels.
He has completed a Masters in Human Resources Management at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland and later, fascinated by the transformative power of Coaching, he has been certified as an Executive Coach at the Escuela Europea de Coaching Y Habilidades Directivas in Madrid. Hence, underlying everything he does is the empowering philosophy and tools of Coaching.
He finally fell in love with teaching and facilitating the formation of human teams capable of extraordinary things while being happy at the same time.
